Workshop Description
In 2017, Middlebury began an initiative to bring Restorative Practices (RP) into our organizational culture, and recently held another round of RP training on the Vermont campus. Join recent training participant Melissa Sorenson for a report-out on the three-day training, an overview of the Middlebury RP initiative, and the opportunity to try out some RP tools for yourself. If you are interested in finding effective strategies for strengthening communities, building spaces of mutual respect, and fostering positive relationships, learning about RP could be a great next step.
