Join Melissa Sorenson for an interactive workshop on facilitating & leading meetings. We will discuss effective facilitation and leadership strategies that can help make your meetings more engaging, productive, and enjoyable. There will also be a chance to share meeting best practices (including reducing meetings!) to help you make the most of everyone’s time (including yours) this fall semester.
Facilitating and leading meetings was one of the top areas of interest that emerged from the recent Training & Development Survey. We will be trying to offer workshops on other top areas of interest in the coming months.
