Workshop Description

Join Melissa Sorenson for an introductory workshop on employee development, coaching, and mentoring. This workshop is open to all types of roles, whether you are currently in a position to support the development of others, or might be looking for ways to support your own development. We will discuss tools and strategies for identifying goals, mapping development plans, and providing or seeking guidance and support along the way.
